AAF District 4 club presidents and district representatives.

As members of the AAF District 4 Board of Directors, you and your clubs delegate allotment are requested at the Annual Board Meeting held in accordance with our district's bylaws. We request participation by your allocated delegates. We have official business to conduct at this meeting, and to do so, we must have a quorum. The meeting will be held remotely at the following date and time:

Minutes Approval
Voting delegates must review the previous board meeting's minutes for approval at the upcoming meeting.
District Chairs
District Chairs/directors must submit their commitee report by Friday, August 30th or before so you can also enjoy the holiday weekend.
Club Presidents
Club Presidents must submit their president report by Friday, August 30th or before so you can enjoy the holiday weekend.
Club Members
Are you looking for a way to engage a fellow board member or chair. Invite them to the virtual meeting so they can meet the team with the Executive Committee and District Chairs.
