ADITUDE is a personal and professional development event with an emphasis on advertising, business development, trends, techniques and creative. Each presenter shares their expertise in the most engaging ways they can, with actionable items for the audience to take away.

Our in person student conference, AdPath, will provide college students a deep look into the many advertising career paths, ways to stand out when applying for jobs, and the opportunity to mingle with industry experts and fellow students from across the state.

American Advertising Awards Gala

The American Advertising Awards is the advertising industry's largest and most representative competition, attracting nearly 30,000 entries every year in local AAF Ad Club competitions. The mission of the 4th District American Advertising Awards is to recognize and reward the creative spirit of excellence in the art of advertising throughout Florida & the Caribbean.

FL & Caribbean Advertising Hall of Fame

Presented by AAF District 4, The Florida & Caribbean Advertising Hall of Fame honors a select few individuals who have distinguished themselves during advertising careers of more than 20 years working in Florida or the Caribbean. This year's honorees will be celebrated during the American Advertising Awards gala on April 26, 2025.

The Business of Creativity: Tips and True Stories from Behind the Scenes of Agency Entrepreneurism

Art began in radio then transitioned into the advertising field working as a writer and account coordinator at Stephen J. Kaufman Public Relations, before moving to Orlando in 2004. In Central Florida, Art then progressed from copywriter to creative director at Ypartnership and MMGY Global, then worked with Push as a copywriter and recently held a position with Maven Creative for 7 years as a vice president, associate creative director. 

 

Art is also a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and a member of American Mensa. Kaitlyn Sollberger is a Communication Specialist at Universal Destinations & Experiences, where she leads food and beverage-focused storytelling around the globe.

 

With a passion for culinary narratives and immersive experiences, she supports communication across various channels, from external blogs to internal messaging. Before joining Universal, Kaitlyn honed her expertise in brand storytelling and media relations at SeaWorld Orlando, Central Florida Community Arts, and the Brevard Zoo.

 

She is a proud alumna of the University of Central Florida, holding a Bachelor's in Advertising & Public Relations from the Nicholson School of Communication and Media.

As the founder of Foolies Limited Clothing, Nemo's designs and socially conscious messaging advocate for Black women and women of color in entertainment. Recognized by Essence, the Oprah Winfrey Network, and Gary Vaynerchuk's bestseller "Crushing It!", Nemo's work reflects his commitment to using design for social good. He holds degrees from the University of Florida and Full Sail University.
