The Florida & Caribbean Advertising Hall of Fame

Hosted by AAF D4, The Florida & Caribbean Advertising Hall of Fame honors a select few individuals who have distinguished themselves during advertising careers of more than 20 years working in Florida or the Caribbean. Honorees will be inducted at a ceremonial dinner event in Orlando on April 19, 2024.

ADITUDE is a personal and professional development event with an emphasis on advertising, business development, trends, techniques and creative. Each presenter is given a maximum of 20 minutes to share their expertise in the most engaging ways they can, with actionable items for the audience to take away.

Our in person student conference, AdPath, will provide college students a deep look into the many advertising career paths, ways to stand out when applying for jobs, and the opportunity to mingle with industry experts and fellow students from across the state.

The American Advertising Awards is the advertising industry's largest and most representative competition, attracting nearly 30,000 entries every year in local AAF Ad Club competitions. The mission of the 4th District American Advertising Awards is to recognize and reward the creative spirit of excellence in the art of advertising throughout Florida & the Caribbean.

As an experienced sales leader who specializes in building successful multimedia advertising campaigns, Lauren helps large national media agencies and local direct clients transact on linear TV, streaming, addressable, programmatic, and digital media.  With years of experience in the digital and TV space, Lauren’s resume includes time at NBCU’s Peacock, the New York Interconnect, and Comcast’s Advertising Division, Effectv.

Imagining the Next Era of Rays Baseball

Warren Hypes was named Vice President of Creative & Brand in January 2023, his 14th season with the Tampa Bay Rays. In this role, Warren oversees all internal and external creative content and branding efforts, as well as strategic design paths for all Rays marketing campaigns, on-field uniform initiatives and player-driven content pieces. Warren has been instrumental in the planning and execution of the Rays 20th and 25th anniversary season celebrations. 


Warren began his time with the Club as an intern in the Marketing department where he made an immediate impact on the visual communications of the team. He was named Rays Employee of the Year in 2015 and recognized as a 40 Under 40 Up & Comer by the Tampa Bay Business Journal in 2017.
